Once the payment has cleared, we will process your order as quickly as possible. We offer free shipping not only within Australia but also to New Zealand, the USA, and Canada. Our shipping partners are Australia Post, Fastway (Aramex), UPS, and FedEx. If you have specific requirements, please let us know. Depending on the recipient's address, our Free standard shipping service has a handling time of 1-6 business days and a delivery time of 2-8 business days. Some high-performance swords would have a longer processing time due to the bladesmithing complexity. Thank you for your patience in advance.

Need Express shipping in Australia? Yes, we can do that. Please visit our Express Shipping page to place an urgent order at flat postage, and the ETA is around 1-3 business days. 

We do not deliver to Parcel Locker, PO Box, public places, or schools; we only ship to a residential address. A transaction fee may apply if a customer requests a refund because of the address issue.

PayPal may need 1-2 business days to review each transaction, and you will see a "Pending" status in your PayPal account. Then, the PayPal payment order would need more processing time than the Bank deposit payment order. The order paid by Bank deposit is eligible for a free sword stand (Sword order).
