The sword arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was well packed for the journey. Upon opening the sword the first thing I noted was how sturdy, well made, and solid the sword felt in my hands. There is nothing loose, no rattles, and no noticeable imperfections. The blade is VERY sharp! The handle is as equally well made as the blade. So it the saya.
I am more than happy with my purchase!
For the price paid, I would highly recommended this Katana and I feel the value for money is exceptional.

I recently bought the Tachi - Red Hongzhi Katana from KatanaSwordArt for a quite a good price - it was 400 odd dollars so I didn't expect Premier Craft - but, to my surprise I received a very well crafted Sword with one of the loveliest pieces of polished Steel I have in my meagre collection; also, the rest of the kit was equally well made, with well wrapped Leather on the Ito - all in all: a very nice addition to anyone's Collection.

I bought this Wakizashi from Katana Sword Arts last month and for the price - just over $300 - it is well made & nicely put together. I have not, nor, will I Test the blade on a hard target, and though the Blade is supposed to be Manganese Steel, though - strangely Magnetic(?) - it is still OK for the price - ah, truly you get what you pay for... W.

I recently bought a Katana from KatanaSwordArt and it arrived some weeks later - for the money: it was well made and well crafted - with a very shiny polished T-10 steel blade - I guess, it is the old story - you get what you pay for...

Though, I was surprised and a little shocked at the weight of this Sword - at nearly 1.3 KGS it is what they said about such a weapon: an open area Weapon for those engaged in such engagements - you learn every day!
