The user assumes all risks and should purchase with caution, and must ensure proper use in a safe environment to prevent damage or accidents. By placing a Katana or Sword order, the customers confirm that they are over 18 years old and know all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. When you place an order on our website, it is considered a binding contract between you and us.
