Description
Wooden Katana Whispering Vines With Premium Wood Blade, Unsharpened Japanese Samurai Sword with Gold & Silver Streaked Saya for Training and Cosplay
Graceful yet resolute, “Whispering Vines” is a full-tang handcrafted wooden katana designed for Iaido training and martial display. The iron tsuba features a classic openwork karakusa (winding vines) motif—symbolizing life, resilience, and continuity.
The blade is carved from dense hardwood with a smooth, natural finish, offering stable and realistic handling. The tsuka is tightly wrapped in black cord over a black rayskin-style underlay, set with gold-colored menuki shaped like guardian beasts, evoking protection and strength.
The saya is coated in high-gloss black lacquer and accented with flowing gold and silver streaks—like wind sweeping through vines under moonlight. Blending elegance with martial purpose, Whispering Vines embodies the harmony between refined craftsmanship and the disciplined spirit of the sword.
※This is a handcrafted full-tang wooden katana, made from solid hardwood with rich grain and refined texture. The blade has been upgraded to improve stiffness, effectively reducing excessive flex or wobbling during swings. With balanced proportions and a comfortable feel, it is ideal for martial arts training, cosplay, or practice in Iaido and Kendo.
While this wooden sword is suitable for technique training, it is not intended for cutting or actual combat use.
Sword stand or holder is sold separately for display or collection purposes.
